Hello

I'm new here and apologize in advance for my english. I'm swiss and would appreciate your help with the following Problem:

I use TFP 2015 PRO, Version 17.5.5.1001. When I use different wall widths (outer walls 50cm, inner walls 15 cm) the program calculates the floor area too small. When the walls are identical, the floor area is correct. I already sent the file to imsi, but they didn't find the problem and could't reproduce it on their system. They suggested to ask the community in this Forum. "if anyone has seen the error and knows why it occurs it's a forum member".

Thank you very much and best regards from switzerland

Hi there,

Your English is fine, don't worry!  :)
Unfortunately, when you have a room with different walls' thickness, there is a bug with the dimensions stated just in the label. I already reported it to the programmers.
Notice that the dimensions and area stated in the Estimator Power Tool are correct
To solve the label issue: in this room => hide the auto label (uncheck the option on the Tool Options bar, on the right pane) => use the text tool to complete the label.
Hope this helps
