When i try to open a bld file from my laptop a message appear and the file is not openning.

What happens when you try to start a new project - does that behave normally?
Does this happen with all bld files you open or is it just one that fails to open.

When i start a new project or open a project from my P.C  everything is normal ,the problem starts when i m going to open a project that i have create to laptop.I dont have problems with baugs or something like this. The projects that i create to my P.C are getting open to the laptop.
I can understand why.
THANK A LOT.

Sorry, just a couple more questions:

1. Can you start a new project on the laptop OK?

2.  As a test, start a new project on the desktop (just 4 walls will do), save it and try to open that on the laptop. Does that open?

3.  Are the laptop and desktop both running the same version of the program? Check the full version number on the "Help" menu under "About". Let me know what the number is.

Yes when i create a test on the desktop its ok and i can open it on the laptop but when i create a test on the laptop i can't open it on the desktop.
The number at desktop is 16.0.c3.901 and at the laptop 16.0.c1.950
Please help!!!

The problem is that the laptop is a later version of the program. A later version can open an earlier one, but the older version cannot open the later one. The later version, on the laptop has some new code in it that the older desktop version cannot understand. If you have the installation program from the laptop you may be able upgrade the desktop to the later version, but make sure you have everything elsewhere before you try, in case it does not work.
