Why won't the soffit depth change on auto-generated roof?

Even though I've specified a soffit depth of 1' on my auto-generated roof, the actual soffit depth is 0", as you can see on the picture attached.

With the perimeter of the building selected I click the "Options" button under the Tool Options and enter 1' again, I click on "OK" in the Automatic Roof Options window, and click on the Generate Roof button under tool options.  Nothing changes.  I've deleted the auto-generated roof and started from scratch, ticked an unticked the "generate eaves" box in the Automatic Roof Options window, all to no avail.

This all seems pretty straight forward, so I'm not sure why I can't get a soffit on the roof.

See the image attached:
As you can see, if the 2 options outlined in red are activated, the eave should be visible.
There are a couple of possible reasons preventing the eaves generation. I order to check the issues, I'd need to see a screenshot of the full perimeter of your floorplan, with the perimeter selected and the roof elements visible. If you prefer, you can post the TFP file here.

Roof1 below shows the plan and the auto roof options I'd like to see.  This is right before I click OK.

Roof 2 below show the plan after clicking OK on the auto roof options and the auto roof options actually in use by the model.  They are unchanged.

Hi there,

Although this is not a common issue, I saw this problem before.

Two things to verify =>
1 - check if all the walls in the perimeter are perfectly linked.
2 - check if the walls are straight => If you check the perimeter of the yellow bands, you will see that they are not straight (examples see where the dims 11'-1" and 6'-7" are).
