TFP landscape pro 2016 version 18.0.1.1001 just bought last month

 Can anyone help?
1. Cant find a ramp on my program anywhere? Not on the stairs tab at all!
2. The site plan tab has a button for drawing a site plan using degrees but nothing happens when you touch it. It says in the tutorial it is there but its not!
3. What happened to all the wizards? kitchen, building etc
4. Am I the only one that thinks the virtual ruler sucks? it is just to hard, I find it much easier to use the line tab in the detail section
5. imsi usa wont even reply to my questions that is where I bought it

Hi there,

1. Cant find a ramp on my program anywhere? Not on the stairs tab at all

Stairs are components, therefore they are created with the stair tool located in the Floor tab as well as in the Deck tab. Ramps are objects and they are located in the Furnishing library => Handicap access category.

2. The site plan tab has a button for drawing a site plan using degrees but nothing happens when you touch it. It says in the tutorial it is there but its not!

As is clearly stated in the User Guide, not all the features described are present in all the TFP programs. The Survey Coordinates tool is not present in the TFP programs.

What do you mean? FYI, starting with V17, TFP is a different program so the features are different.
Kitchens: use the cabinet tool (Floor Tab).
Buildings: use Quick Start or Sample Plans.
Other rooms: use the Templates.

As with any feature, some user love it and some users don't. If you don't like the ruler, don't use it and use instead one of the 5 dimensions tools included with the program.

As you probably know, this forum is user to user (I am a TFP user like you) so we can't help you regarding your issues related with the company. I'd suggest that you call or email directly to IMSI.
