Image Rendering Resolution Limited?

Hello!

I'm new user of Turbo Floorplan Home and Interior v12, and I've two question:

1 - When I do a render I can't setup higher resolution, I'm limited to 1024x768. Is the rendering resolution limited to 1024 x 768 or It's a bug?
2 - There is a patch or a update system to upgrade the software?

p.s.:I searched a solution in this forum but I didn't find it.
