TFP 2019 unable to import files

I recently upgraded to TFP 2019 PRO.  I wished to import a .BLD file from TFP V16 so converted it to .DXF in V16.  TFP 2019 for some reason has the "Import" (and "Export") options under FILE greyed out.  Anyone know why please?

Hi there,

If the menu is grayed out, then you are in "Quick Start mode". The Quick Start mode is just this, a fast layout, so you can use or just bypass it.
Therefore, after you press the "Continue" button you will be able to save, import, trace, print, move, as well as use all the TFP features.
