Activation key

I finally got rid of my old PC and purchased a new one.  I have a licensed version of TFP 3D In transferring software, I got everything to work, but TFP 3D.  The install wanted a serial number.  I found that in the registry.
Now installed, it won't run unless I enter an activation code.  I emailed support for help on this on 7/30/20.  The automated response says they usually respond within 24 hours.  REALLY?!?  NOT!
It's been 4 days and I haven't heard a thing back.  It can't be that hard to do or take care of.

Way to take care of long time customers.

I am not sure if you know, but versions 12 to 16 were discontinued in 2017 and I believe that the servers are not longer active.
So, I don't think that they are able to produce a registration number.
