A Floor Cutout doesn't translate in the stl and obj exports.
In other words the Floor Cutout opening is closed (no cutout) when viewing the stl or obj drawing.

In my experience, different issues appear when you open the files with different programs.
I saw good results with 3DS Max, intermediate results with Turbocad and bad results with 3D builder

Floor Cutout errors in Turbocad, SketchUp and Blender.
I even tried importing the obj file in Custom workshop pro, floor cutout was meshed over.

Nope, I don't.
I'd suggest to check all the settings.

Actually, I will report these settings to tech support.
