Workshop Pro No Materials

See attached > I get that warning when opening the Render Library.
Workshop Pro doesn't have any materials only paint colors.
Is there something needed to do for installing the materials?

The standard 3D workshop has all the FloorPlan materials etc...

I will ask to my FP contact, but in order to do this, I'll need additional information: can you share information about your computer? (OS, hardware, memory, etc).

I just created a ticket and talked with my contact.
They are solving the problem in the program, however, in the meantime, they can provide a temporary solution through tech support. Please, contact them => call IMSI at 1-800-833-8082, Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm Pacific Time, for assistance. You can also email [email protected] with your product name, version, and any other information that might help (including this thread), and they will respond during business hours.
