Missing tool Icons

Launch Power tool 3D custom Workshop.
Where are the Icons for the Tools, I mean, the cursor displays text and a dark empty square.
Am I missing something here? or do I need to do something? My version of the 3D custom workshop interface It doesn't look like the 3D custom workshop interface in the helpfile.
The 3D workshop Pro has bugs and missing components and now i just realized this, No wonder I couldn't understand how to use it.
I'm feelin a bit let down. On a brighter note, hopefully it's something simple to fix

The attached image shows the UI of the 3DCW Power Tool and works fine in 2 of my computers.

I'd suggest that you close the program and open it again. If the UI doesn't appear like the image attached, please contact Tech Support.

All I have time for is I'll try a complete re-install and if that doesn't work I'll wait for a newer version hopefully sooner than later and with much needed improvements.

I am using and testing the 3DCW PT since 2001 and didn't see a bug here.

maybe, just a thought, do you have other punch software installed? Maybe I should try that.
I did a complete re-install and the problems still exist.
