Missing Materials

I haven't been getting any feedback from support concerning this issue. I have tried three times sending emails to support (to three different people).
3D Custom Workshop pro in Turbo FloorPlan Pro 2020  is missing materials and objects.
Please see attached video.

Regarding the materials, the menu tools' issues and build, these problems were reported and I was told that there will be a patch ASAP.

shouldn't the 3D CWPro have the same regarding punchcad materials and objects as the standard 3D CW? I mean, it is a pro version isn't that what I paid for?
Are you saying they are aware of the missing materials in 3D CW Pro? if so, why didn't they simply respond and tell me. geesh

Yes, for the materials, no for the objects. The 3DCW and the 3DCW Pro are two different power tools, with different file formats, properties and libraries (actually 3DCW Pro doesn't include an objects library. I already requested this feature) .

Yes, I reported this last month as I stated in https://forums.turbofloorplan.com/index.php?topic=3514.msg16597#msg16597

As you know, I am not a FP or IMSI employee. I am just an Architect and volunteer trying to help FP users. I can report issues, but, as I am not a programmer, I can't solve the problems.

Thanks Patricia, and you do solve problems  simply by communicating.
BTW, they fixed the missing icons in 3D CW standard though they never acknowledged the missing materials and or offered a temporary solution but that's ok I'll wait for the new build they say is coming soon.
