File can not be opened

I have bought TFP 3D V20 Pro german version and I'm hoping that I can get help here.
I have been working on a file and today when I wanted to open it, nothing happens. I get the waiting circle (hourglass) but the file doesn't open.
I'm hoping for a quick fix on the file ... I've already put so many hours into it ... please help!
