Bug - Dimensions sizes (text height, arrow size etc) are all wrong

Hi all,

Just put some dimensions on my drawing, but even with the smallest sizes (such as a text height of 1mm) everything is enormous. Is there any way that the dimension can be set relative to the drawing/view?

The image shows dimensions added. Text is set to 1mm, arrow length set to 2mm, width 1mm!
