I bought the downloaded verison of Turbo floorplan home and interior pro and after I downloaded the program and went through everything, loading the files etc. it showed the box where you type in the lic. key that was emailed to you. I typed in the 16 digit lic. key and nothing happens, the "next" box down below does not open up so you can click on it to continue. I have double and triple checked the number to make sure it is right and still nothing. Is there something I'm missing? I close all running programs when installing the floor plan software and I just can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I'm also running windows vista. Thanks for any help with this.

You have probably tried this but could it be you have a O instead of an zero or something like that or a one instead of an I or vice-versa.  Alternatively IMSI Design do have a phone number on their website for installation issues, if that is practical where you live.

Thanks for the reply Allan. I have tried changing the number 0 with the leltter O and it did the same thing. I did order a backup copy on cd, so maybe when that gets here I can use that if I don't figure this out and hopefully it will work. Thanks

Stick with it, there have been very few of these sort of issues with this version so it should all work out OK.

I appreciate the help, I went back started over and downloaded it again and it worked fine.  ;D

Sounds as though the first download was corrupted in some way.  Happened to me with some software I downloaded on the weekend.  Seemed fine but came up with a corruption message half way through the installation.  Downloaded it again and it was fine.

Have fun with TFP - it is fascinating to use.
