Hi all

I just ran in to some serious problems when updated my home and interior so help needed

1: I cant run the house builder.

2: when opening one of my old project then the file is converting to a new one but I cannot due anything like make new walls and so there is only one thing I can due and that is making wirings

3: I even cannot start a new project I get the message

Hi Peter,

I just sounds like the program has lost contact with the Catalog. My Pro version did the same.  If it is the same issue then just go to File / Catalogs and browse to the catalog. If you don't know where it is, do a Windows Explorer Search for the catalog - probably called "TurboFLOORPLAN_Master Catalog Metric.bdb" or just search for .bdb files.

When I updated TFP to ver. 12.1 it "lost" my file path to my catalog.....but as Allan has explained it is easily 're-connected"

Once found, it will ask to be converted to match the new 12.1 ver.

Be sure to make a copy first and have a backup copy of your .bld files because once converted to 12.1 version save, they will likely never open in 12.0 version if you ever have to go back to 12.0
