Is there a way to rotate project on terrain?

Now that I've completed a project, I wan't to have the house turned 30 degrees on the lot. Does anyone know of a way to rotate the entire project?

I can't even rotate everything on a location.

UpDate......Nevermind, I found the problem. If cameras are visible, then when you select all, you don't get the normal choices with right click like rotate, move etc.
