Is there a way to add soaker hose and drip irrigation to the garden plan?

do you want 2D diagram type?  insert drawing overlay "layout" lines as needed

for 3D (I have not tried this nor even looked for landscape objects of this type) you could insert another object type and scale to get your desired results.  Pop up sprinklers are available in TFP

Probably can quickly insert .3ds pipe objects easily made if you have another 3D model program..."Blender" is available free.

Or you can "photoshop" a rendered image to hand "paint" in whatever you need.
