I want to draw a foundation in my project. The catalog elements are all too light weight for the size and lclimate of this job. I added a new element, actually two, for the footings and column pads in my plan. Everything renders fine in the catalog but when I try to insert the element into the drawing nothing happens. Actually nothjing from the insert/footings catalog will take.

Any hints please?

Forget about it !!! I finally stumbled onto the proper subject in the 'help' file. I was trying to put my footings on a seperate location when actually TFP will attach footings automatically to the bottom of your foundation walls. No need to trace the outline. Waaay too easy!
