Hi, welcome to the Forum.

This is only a self help user forum so there may be no one here that can help.

If the DVD recognises it I would try a friends PC to prove whether it is just your PC.

If it does not work there either then contact the free installation support offered on the IMSI Design website.

By "can't read" do you mean the "auto run" does not open the disk (you may have it turned off), or Explorer cannot read the disk, or both?

Try insert disk....if nothing happens, open Explorer and navigate to the disk (E: or similar) and the look for a file to dbl-clk to execute start install....if not sure just dbl-clk what seems a good guess...if it works, then fine, if not, try another file....I'd tell you which file but my disk not handy.  XP runs TFP just fine....and be sure to also download and install the 12.1 updater.

If Explorer cannot see the files on the disk then you may have a windows problem or disk reader problem....but to be sure its not the disk, I agree with Allan....try the disk on another PC.
