Hi

If I draw a flooplan selecting the 100m brick wall then I get a blue line going around the wall.

This occurs for any wall I draw and the wall can be on the groun floor or the second floor.

Does anyone know what this is meant to represent as the other walls don't have this blue line around the wall.

Hi Scott,

Welcome to the Forum.

The blue line on plan view for this wall is representing the exterior veneeer and should only show if the walls join to form a 'room' or rooms.  TFP then detects this as an exterior wall and applies the outer veneer. If you do not want it to appear on the plan then use one of the other walls and change it to 100mm or right click in the Walls box and select Add and create your own wall based on the one you select.

If you have already drawn the walls and do not want to start again, then, after you have added your own wall, just select each wall you want to change, holding down the shift key as you select them, then right click and choose Replace, select your new wall and click OK.  All the selected walls will be replaced by the new one.

Hope you could follow that - ask again if not.
