TFP Purchase Issue

I purchased TurboFloorplan Home and Landscape Pro a couple of days ago (19/06/2009) and turns out that the version I was sent (downloaded) is ver 12.01.C2.586, Buld Date Friday, Feb 29 2008. Surely when you purchase the software you get the latest.

So my question is how do I get the version I paid for !!!!!!

Also, I cannot use the ver 12 update as it tells me the software is not installed, any feedback would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Forum.

I notice from your profile that you are from Perth so a special welcomefrom me!

I am just guessing but I suspect that you downloaded from the Australia site. The Australian distributor usually runs later with the new version as they add an Aust catalogue which delays it.

My suggestion is to contact them directly and raise your concern - I suspect they will be accomodating. If you have trouble with this give me a call on 0417963921.

Yes you are correct, I purchased it through Mindscape Asia Pacific Pty Ltd  and will follow up with them tomorrow and see what happens.
